This Advertisement Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, Playgap's Terms of Service. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Advertisement Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
You represent and warrant that you will comply with, and will ensure that any third party acting on your behalf complies with, the obligations set out in this Advertisement Policy.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that Advertisements comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice in the jurisdictions in which they are displayed.
- Advertisements must not contain, link to, or relate to content that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or impersonates third parties.
- Advertisements must not seek to deceive Users into taking actions through false or misleading pretences, including clickbait, phishing schemes, or fake promotional offers.
- Advertisements must not contain excessive violence, hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes self-harm, abuse, or exploitation of individuals or groups.
- Advertisements must not promote illegal activities, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or include harmful software.
- Advertisements must not contain obscene, sexually explicit, or adult content, including sexual services, pornography, or fetish-related material.
- Advertisements must not promote weapons, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, political campaigns, or unapproved medical or pharmaceutical products unless expressly approved in writing by Playgap.
- Advertisements must not target children with inappropriate or harmful content, or otherwise impair the physical, mental, or moral development of individuals under the age of 18.
Developers must ensure that Advertisements are clearly identifiable, do not interfere with core content, are not misleadingly placed, and do not force Users to interact with Ads in order to proceed within a Property.
Where rewarded advertisements are offered, all rewards must be delivered as promised, redeemable within the Property, and must not incentivise fraudulent or automated interactions.
This Advertisement Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Playgap's services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
